General
The following are terms of legal agreement between you and Aroma Senses LLC - the main promoter of the Super Liquidation Sale.
By accessing or browsing this site or visiting one of our liquidation sale events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this terms and to comply with all applicable US laws and regulations.
Each seller is an independent company. That means each seller has its own return policies, refund procedures and warranty arrangements. Please make sure you ask about those before closing any sales deal at the show.
Aroma Senses is not a seller - we are only the promoter of the liquidation sale event.
Aroma Senses is able to recommend the vendors but main sale rules and conduct is set up by independent vendors themselves.
Any and all warranty procedures must be done through the vendor or product manufacturer.
Admission
Once purchased, admission tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is canceled by some unpredictable force major reason.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
The right of admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account of their reasonable discretion.
Purchasing
Customers are strongly advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform selling vendor of any problems after receipt of goods.
Privacy
Information regarding you (such as name, address,phone number) or the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with Aroma Senses LLC.
Aroma Senses LLC has no intent to infringe on your privacy while using the Super Liquidation Sale both at the show or on the web.
Revision date: January1, 1998 - we will not share your personal information without your consent unless required by law.
Aroma Senses LLC will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.
New vendors
Aroma Senses LLC always welcomes new Liquidation Sale vendors. We cannot disclose Vending contract specifics on this public page. Please contact us for exact arrangement details.
Jurisdiction
Aroma Senses LLC is an OHIO corporation and you agree that any legal action brought against Aroma Senses LLC shall be governed by the laws of the state of OHIO without regard to its conflict of law principles.
